1. Florida used to be a swing state before the DLC started treating it
like a BushCo fiefdom.

It went GOP in '92, Dem in '96, virtual tie in '00, GOP in '04, Dem in '08. Except for '00, vote margin in each direction was between 100k-350k. I think "Florida is Red" is just a GOP meme that the media is too lazy to counter.
