I bank at the latter and have for years. The foundation ain't gonna let them be acquired by anyone because of the terms it was all set up under.

I have a mortgage loan with BOFA and it has been a continuing problem. After I applied for a mortgage loan modification, they foreclosed on our home. I have been involved with a negotiation with them since that time. They are difficult to work with since they only give a phone number, and you always speak to a different person. They design their system to keep you in a constant state of confusion. This bank has to go down!

5. We'd better get a stomach for this and worse... |

I think BOA is a POS company, as are many of the giants, but if we get our way, in many things like banking, brokerage, and true single-payer universal health coverage, we are going to see hundreds of thousands of jobs lost almost overnight. Sometimes things have to hurt to get better I guess.

The demand is there, it's being suppressed by the lack of dollars in the system.
If they wanted to, the Gov't could have 100% employment tomorrow at living wage rate. The fact that they don't is a lack of will, not ability.
