I get my first campaign contribution check tonight

It is from the county party. I promise I will be getting an Act Blue page that several DUers have requested.

I'll have personalized candy for Halloween. Also hand outs for the parents. If it is good weather, I'll have 400-500 kids. That is pretty much the entire housing development.

The county party also provides me with a designed web page, professional photographer, voter info by area, etc.

As soon as the page goes up, I'll post it. I want the Act Blue link working by then too.

There will be at least two Republicans (including the incumbent that got less than 50% of the vote 4 years ago) fighting it out for the other spot on the November general election spot.

The primary is next May.
