Senator Conyers' HR676:

Please read Title II - Finances > Subtitle A - Budgeting and Payments for Senator John Conyers' and PNHP's recommendations for how Medicare can be improved by CUTTING Payments and making various other ANNUAL operations recommendations, including staffing and capital expenditures.

1. slash the wasted spending on corporate war profiteers and implement medicare for all. It's a
political winner and the public might go for it but you know we have to appease republicans. We could have had negotiated lower medicare drug prices but that was thrown away as well.

2. There are some things in HR676 that are extremely attractive, especially in areas such as
Long-term Care.

I'm also curious about those annual reviews, especially capital expenditures for new physical plants. It would be nice to see this country invest in something besides "health" "care" factories and warehouses.

3. You cut pay outs in the current environment and access goes in the toilet
Medicare for all is a whole different game with a giant pool and control of the market share.

4. John Conyers is not a Senator, he's a member of the House of Representatives hence
the "HR" prefix before the bill number.
