I know that the idiots on the SC gave coeporations citizenhood, but I know that lots of laws have been challenged in the past, and a lot of them have been overturned in the end, though I'm not sure if a SCOTUS case has ever been one of them.
Is it possible to have some sort of challenge on this issue? Where circumstances can be just different enough to involve a whole new case that could make nullified and void the original case and law?
Understand I'm not a lawyer or have interest in the legal field that would involve copious amounts of memorizing, so I could be staring at the answer to my question and not know it.
I know that SCOTUS can overturn state cases, but can the reverse be done, if it is challenged?

1. I'm not a lawyer either, but I know SCOTUS can refuse cases so |

if something like what you suggest came to them, they would not hear it.
