Yet at a town hall held earlier this week at Ohio’s Walsh University, GOP Rep. Jim Renacci (OH) found a crowd that was less than friendly to his proposal to repeal the new health care law. At one point during the event, constituent Dan Fonte challenged the congressman about the hasty push to repeal the bill. “There are a lot of things that took effect that help seniors. What happens to all that?” asked Fonte. “And what are you going to replace it with? Why don’t you make a replacement plan so we can look at it before you repeal it?” The crowd reacted to Fonte’s question with great applause.

After a full year of public debate followed by another year of lying lambasting of this issue by republicans during the election cycle, some people are finally catching on that the democrats' healthcare reform may have not been such a bad idea after all...

Let us not forget the other republican Goldberg ideas like "Banking Reform" of the S&Ls under Reagan or the "Ownership Society" under Bush Jr, both of which not only led to major meltdowns of the economy but massive bailouts of private industries. Truly it is a profound mystery as to why anyone would think that a republican, when it comes to the economy, has even the slightest clue as to what they are talking about. Clearly republicans have mastered the "neat idea;" ideas that sound interesting but that invariably lead to calamity and systemic failure...

Their repugnance and repudiation of healthcare reform is just another example of them being wrong...country killing wrong!

But grab the popcorn and sit back as we watch the republicans screw over the country yet another time...

2. Repubs are convinced that the "majority" of Americans didn't want health care reform-
and they are convinced that because of this, they were swept back into power. They think they're doing everyone a favor by repealing HCR. Not enough eligible voters getting to the polls the mid-terms is partly to blame; I hope their attempts to repeal backfires on them -badly.

3. The Republicans Won Because
They collectively out spent the democrats by more than 2 to 1. Thanks to the right wing USSC, republicans were able to secretly fund the election cycle behind a wall of anonymity...
