I live in Florida in probably the biggest repuke area in the whole state...The Villages. The local repuke rag finally stopped printing on the front page cheney's visit here to sign his book. It was all cheney all the time this week. Last night the TV news was all about the plane crash in Reno but what was the paper's headline this morning? Fox and Friends are coming on Monday to broadcast their show. The headlines were huge and so was the picture. The plane crash was below the fold. My husband keeps threatening to cancel the paper but I subscribe to it for the grocery sales, what is happening in the area, etc. I could get the St Petersburg Times but then I wouldn't know what is going on locally. The developer of The Villages is a big time donor to the repuke party.

3. We bought here before the 2000 election

and had no clue how red it was. I envy you that you found a place in FL that isn't so repuke. We're pretty much stuck here but I do belong to the Democratic Club. Yes, there is one in The Villages. It's an oasis of sanity.
