More and more my reactions to stories posted on DU are falling into two general categories..

2) "No One Could Have Predicted"

The first is what the political and economic elites are feeling and thinking.

The second is what the political and economic elites are saying.

Both phrases of course made infamous by the Dubya administration.

That's the category for the stories which consist entirely of uninformative word ejaculate that tells me exactly nothing. Threads like these:

People actually put useless threads like these on the greatest page. I guess it's the organized mindreaders who rec each other's threads, because only mindreaders could know what the thread is about.
