1. It's Anonymous, full media blackout and twitter hash tag removal. |
|
It's some freaky stuff. There is another thread here on DU with a live stream link, you cannot really tell whats going on though. Very weird!

8. I don't know who's covering it now, but Fox and CNN both talked about it yesterday |
|
Edited on Sat Sep-17-11 03:04 PM by RZM
The Fox piece is essentially opinion - it aired on that slapdash thing they threw together to cover Glenn Beck's time slot: http://video.foxnews.com/v/1163951198001/online-group-wants-to-occupy-wall-streetThe CNN piece is from the money section on their website. Don't know if it actually aired on the network: http://money.cnn.com/2011/09/16/technology/occupy_wall_street/index.htm?iid=HP_LN

11. If the media report it, others may wish to join in. Those who own the media don't want that. |

12. ABC has something on it now online |
|
http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/headlines/2011/09/protesters-begin-effort-to-occupy-wall-street/I think more outlets will get on board as the day goes by. If something happens or its starts to get rowdy down there, they all will.

what they're talking about. I've only seen multiple Ron Paul supporters interviewed and people who are mad but offer no alternative. And then a few anarchists. :banghead:

19. Because Wall street points it's finger at Obama. |
|
And this would show the people pointing their finger at Wall street. Same as when the Republicans blame Obama for everything when the Republicans in congress won't pass anything.

What is the closed building at the end of the street where the George Washington Statue is located on the steps? Is that an old Federal Reserve bank or what?

That's where this country's First Presidential Inauguration was held. It's at the corner of Wall and Nassau Streets.
