moled into Quest Labs, which clearly had some very unusually advanced technology and high-level (but never explained) connections with various U.S. Government agencies in the 1960s. Here's Dr. Quest with two of his inventions: the desktop PC and the I-Pad.

Putin isn't a US agent, Race Banyon and that little dog Bandit were really Commie Spies who somehow overlooked the computers.
