Chris Matthews can call Sarah Palin Ms. Palin, Mrs. Palin, Sarah, Palin, whatever.
but he should NOT call her Governor Palin. She quit that job and therefore gives up that honor and privilege.

even after you leave office no matter how you leave office



Just one more of those little rules that powerful people made for themselves a century or two ago that we are stuck with now.
