Well intended, but Congressman Clyburn really
does not know the origin of the term...

He also does not understand how dangerous of an escalation this is.

2. On big eddie
he just said something that is not true. Blood Libel does not go to conflict between Jews and Christians in the US, but to be exact the Middle Ages.

It was used in the US in the 19th century a couple times that I could ever find... and of course currently by the neo nazi movement.

5. The term "blood libel" extends back to at least the 12th century.
Somebody needs to do their homework, but it ain't nadinbrzezinski.

6. The term was first used in what today you would call Germany
in the 11th century, and to Greece even earlier to Apion to be specific.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_libel

The use of it in the US has LONG ROOTS... going to well before Christ, to be specific.

7. A site
Which I will not link to has compiled a list of times it's been used in the last decade by D's and R's.

The term is meant to be incendiary.

8. The first time I heard it was not Saturday
or a Masters Level Class, but from Breitbart after the Goldstone report was released... that was what two years ago?
