the more dubious I get.

Despite all of his misfires and poor policy choices early on, I refuse to believe that the President is willing to trade Medicare cuts for taxes on the wealthy.

Someone in the Administration needs to clarify the word choice here, and say that if the Republicans try to balance the budget on the backs of the elderly he'll veto it.

1. I agree, this administration has a real problem with messaging!

And words do matter. I just wish Obama and friends would remember that "the pen is mightier than the sword" and should thus be choosing their words very carefully. They can be as sharp as a sword and just as deadly or poignant.

4. He sound banal ,and hackneyed because he's talking to Enemies waiting

to pounce ,he thinks diffuse before he speaks ,nullifying ever thing he say's.

2. The statement in the administration's mind leaves them off the hook

for what passes. The super committee is something to keep an eye on.

3. I believe he's about to do the right thing in just a few hour's.

President Clinton talking about his taking more tax from the rich ,as one of the reasons WE were in the black during the Clinton administration.

5. I have no doubt he's going to do the right thing.

I just wish it could have been phrased better.
