so tight that in a minute, his hand was red and swelled. Then they dragged him across the concrete, hands down. He was bleeding. And I didn't see one attempt to try and get him on his feet.

...they enforce corporate policy. If the police are doing a "good job," then every single protester will be arrested and charged with felony conspiracy, which the "offender" will then have to plea-bargain down to a misdemeanor if they can't afford a lawyer. Then when the offender subsequently does anything else to make a difference, they will have a rap sheet that can be used against them.
