Where we went off the rails as a country or why a graph is worth a thousand words.
1980.

This may have been posted before, no matter, it need be numerously posted.....and passed on.
Please take a moment to explore this graph, a credible source, simple format and speaks volumes, particularly the 1913 to 2010 time line mid-page.....it cleanly illustrates the policy efforts of FDR and then fully exposes the Reagan transfer of wealth.

5. If you could get that couch NOW, for $10 a month
why pressure the boss for a pay increase.. years of lessening pressure for wages made it easier to crush unions,and of course a glut of boomers entering the workforce all at once, made labor cheaper too..

The "perfect storm".....:(
