The rule of law in this country is not worth a damn.

1. If there is any good to come from his death |
|
Maybe it will be the eventual banning of the death penalty. I can hope, at least.

The true innocent victim. Some of us remember you and your public service for which you gave your life.

5. His true killer is still out there. |
|
That is another sad facet of this miscarriage of justice.
No justice for MacPhail.

Fuck!
How could they just kill someone with so much evidence pointing towards not guilty? That poor man. Fucks sakes.

8. Evidently he got a three-hour or so stay while the "supreme court" heard his case |
|
and they let him die. Supposedly he was strapped to the execution gurney the entire time.
Unconscionable. Sick.

7. I'm glad he was able to know how many hearts were with him |
|
but look at the power of what happened. as sad and outrageous, a travesty of justice, we witnessed such a beautiful power all around the world, on his account, on account of the human heart which longs for justice and goodness, for authentic righteousness, common sense, common decency. It is an awesome power and I believe it will prevail in time.
So I thank him, and bid adieu; may we all rest in peace.

10. All involved just murdered an innocent man. And Troy did not kill. |
|
All involved better hope there's no hell... or a big-ass, creative loophole. They'll burn for this.
