You didn't do it. But no one believes you. Well, if you're lucky the whole world soon knows you didn't do it.

However.

There is no physical evidence, coerced testimony from 8 witnesses, plus 1 who might be the guilty party and who fingered you, a death panel that remains unmoved, and no court willing to step in.

What's to stop it from happening to you?

Or your brother?

Or your boyfriend?

Or your best friend?

Or your spouse?

Or your child?

What???

2. Agreed. Not to mention no DNA evidence or weapon.
All it takes is a couple of people to hate you and plot against you and you could be sentenced to death.

My daughter was scared about the possibility of being convicted of something she didn't do, because of exactly the reasons you state. What could keep it from happening to her?

Well, she's a pretty white girl. She knows it's not fair that that reassured her, but... it reassured her.
