Above The Law - USA (23 Sep 11)
.

Mr Cheney, Mr Rumsfeld,

Answer the following questions:

At what point does a USA government official become 'above the law' (national and international)?

Does being 'above the law' extend to only USA President/Vice President?

Are Secretarial Department heads also 'above the law?' How far down the chain of command does being above the law extend?

Do you feel free to travel outside of USA and expect to be immune to prosecution?

When arrested overseas, do 'above the law' USA government officials have the right to use international law in their defense?

Is it naive to believe the RepublicanT Party will extend the 'above the law' immunity to Mr Obama and Mr Biden after they leave office?

Mr Obama,

Feel free to answer any or all of the above questions ...

1. allow me to answer for them:

At what point does a USA government official become 'above the law' (national and international)?

-- When that person is an inner-circle neocon.

Does being 'above the law' extend to only USA President/Vice President?

-- Only when they're an inner-circle neocon

Are Secretarial Department heads also 'above the law?' How far down the chain of command does being above the law extend?

-- When they're an inner circle neocon, yes. pt2: It depends on their political standing.

Do you feel free to travel outside of USA and expect to be immune to prosecution?

-- No. Only inside the US.

When arrested overseas, do 'above the law' USA government officials have the right to use international law in their defense?

-- LOL. A neocon will use whatever means necessary to accomplish their goal at the time.

Is it naive to believe the RepublicanT Party will extend the 'above the law' immunity to Mr Obama and Mr Biden after they leave office?

-- Yes, it is.
