Congressman Anthony Weiner |
|
Edited on Thu Dec-16-10 09:31 AM by oldlib
this morning on "Washington Journal," has helped to somewhat restore my confidence in the Democratic Party. Yesterday I became more depressed as the political struggle continued, with the Democrats trying to maintain some integrity to the Tax Bill, and the Republicans stalling the process. Congressman Weiner displays the ability and the confidence that is needed, and should be considered for higher leadership to restore the Democratic Party.

Unless you are being facetious?
You're still in the editing period.

and because of government corruption in USA inc I doubt folks like him will ever have a meaningful impact.
We're ruled by large corporations through our government.

5. I am proud to say he is |

my Congressman. After the election, he road around the neighborhood in his campaign vehicle with rooftop speakers thanking everyone for returning him to office. This was not a recorded message, he was in the passenger seat speaking through the mike. I was in my car and road up beside him and said: "No, thank YOU Mr. Congressman."

9. Oh, man... I wish I could have seen that |

I would have gone up and tried to buy an ice cream cone just to see what he'd do.

Of course, my cocker is smart, funny (should have seen him trying to tinkle in the ice this morning), mouthy (barky) and principled - he'll never lie to you!
Seriously, I love Anthony. He's a lovable dose of people power!
