The findings ensure that Obama will stay the course, with U.S. forces to remain at war through 2014.

Or is it up to $2 million?

The lives and property lost/destroyed + the financial loss/theft = Epic Fail.

I won't even get into the damage to the soldiers and the cost of their care when they come home.
