GOP playing "curse FEMA" with disaster aid for East Coast (CBS video)--Annoying next game of chicken

This guy down below, Ryan, wants to take the money for FEMA aid away from alternative energy research which will throw 10,000 more people out of work. Cute, huh?

The victims in New England now have no faith about when and if FEMA will help them clean up because the GOP wants FEMA to look like a slow- or no-pay agency to Americans--Katrina all over again.
