on the modern day attack on the disabled, in good Nazi form.

The teabaggers must be so happy that at least one person
dependent on government support has been identified and targeted

If this "officer" is not prosecuted for his crimes, then

It is pretty clear when they do not respond to yelling, that
perhaps they are deaf?
Watch the video- she never saw it coming, and he didn't take the time to assess the situation
or warn them.
If he is not prosecuted, then there is no Rule Of Law.
The evidence is so overwhelming against him at this point,
that any thing short of full prosecution and elimination of him
as a member of the NYPD is a travesty.

I saw him speak, he emphasized the point that NOT prosecuting
GWB set a dangerous precedent for all presidents to follow.

The woman explains that she was unaware that her phone was recording-
that is pretty obvious from the footage- HOWEVER- the audio is clear:
She asks, "Why would they mace a deaf girl?"

Pretty good question, if you ask me.

pretty clear, no assessment of the situation or the victims was made
by their attacker- just a clear shot of trapped people, easy marks,
and no regard for them as human beings.

she could hear, or if she was even a girl. The point is that the cop attacked a non-violent person. It would have been just as unacceptable if he had maced a healthy young man who wasn't being violent.

...cops came up walking together and the first cop started shouting and pointing, distracting attention to himself while the second cop maced them. Then, they each walked separate directions.

And all on entirely defenseless people who'd already been hemmed in by police with the net. Those are just the kind of odds a cop like that would enjoy: Shooting defenseless fish in a barrel.

My friend told me she used to be in several "protests" in Washington state where police used mace as a regular matter of business. Once an older lady in her 80s got hit with it. She seemed to just accept it as part of the process. What needs to happen is a total game changer. Police need to change their rules, realize they are not going unwatched anymore. The fish rots from the head down. I'm convinced that superiors who promote slimebags like Balogna are mostly to blame. People are supposed to be qualified for the jobs. You don't take trash off the street and put a uniform on it and call it a cop. It is disrespectful to good cops, cops who were more qualified than him, cops who were better people than him. He deserves to be eating from a trash dumpster if not behind bars. I do not trust police at all now. He obviously never underwent any social development like most people must do at some point in their lives. The whole system needs to change.
