while employed......they should now, not be considered for hire, because they needed the earned benefit they paid for (unemployment benefits) to pay bills and survive while they look for new employment, that they can't find, and now, will most likely be impossible to find with the addition of the "you can't be considered for new employment, if you're among the long-term unemployed?" WOW! Now I suppose that makes perfect sense if you live in the world of the teabagger, work for FOX/GOP, can't think clearly for yourself, work for the Koch brothers, or are a Republican operative.
