Joe Biden: Obama administration–not Bush White House–owns the economy’s problems

http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/ticket/joe-biden-own-economy-problems-not-bush-203337507.html

President Obama's administration has long cited decisions made under George W. Bush as one of the main reasons why today's economy is in such turmoil. But Vice President Joe Biden dismissed that argument Thursday, telling Miami radio station WLRN that's not relevant.

"Even though 50-some percent of the American people think the economy tanked because of the last administration, that's not relevant," the vice president said. "What's relevant is we're in charge."

I Love The Truth Thank You Joe

1. Yes, let's ignore the economic truth. Republicans must be rushing out campaign ads now.

2. Biden didn't say it wasn't true. He said it wasn't RELEVANT.
And it isn't, in terms of action.

3. That's pretty dumb.
Of course the troubled economy is the fault of the Republicans. The Bush cabal along with the Republican congress caused the disaster and the Republicans in Obama's Congress have continued it and have actively driven it. Of course the corporate Dems haven't helped much either but the lion's share of fault goes to Bush and the Republicans. Why are we continuing to shoot ourselves in the foot?

11. READ IT FOR YOURSELF. Biden said it wasn't RELEVANT, as in not relevant to what THEY need to do.
Surely you aren't being deliberately obtuse about this in an effort to distort what was said?

13. Some don't care about distortion as long as it fits their agenda.

8. People are looking for someone to fix the economy. They are past caring who's fault it is.

President Obama is doing the correct thing, now, focusing on how to fix the economy.

President Obama didn't place the blame, for the economy, on Bush, when he should have.
Now it's too late to place blame. People are looking to the future, not the past.

15. True - although Bush did pull some shenanigans without
Congress, he did get plenty of support from them.
