Thomas big time. He's gonna have to recuse himself and his shit is gonna be hung out to dry by the media.

The only person who can recuse a Supreme Court Justice is . . . that Supreme Court Justice. And if Tony Bananas didn't recuse himself from cases involving Dick Cheney after he went duck hunting with Dick Cheney, Uncle Slappy isn't going to recuse himself just because he stands to make a shitload of money with the right decision. Recusal requires a sense of ethics, and Thomas ain't got none.
