“The cops watched and did nothing, indeed, seemed to guide us onto the roadway,” said Jesse A. Myerson, a media coordinator for Occupy Wall Street who marched but was not arrested.

In other words, the office or space he normally works from must be at One Police Plaza. Which is probably the spot from where he filed the revision, rather than actually having been present a couple of blocks away at Brooklyn Bridge.
