As Occupy Wall Street began, Chase made biggest donation in history to NYPD ($4.6M) |
|
http://boingboing.net/2011/10/02/as-occupy-wall-street-began-chase-makes-biggest-donation-in-history-to-nypd.html The gift was the largest in the history of the foundation and will enable the New York City Police Department to strengthen security in the Big Apple. The money will pay for 1,000 new patrol car laptops, as well as security monitoring software in the NYPD's main data center.

3. I guess the best way to fund our local PDs is to occupy all our cities? |
|
Any way we could get Chase to earmark those funds for pensions and health care?

They claim poverty & desperation..tax payers bail them out..they refuse to make loans or modify loans for taxpayer-customers, then embark on a buying frenzy , gobbling up competitors, and then "find" LOTS of money they "donate" to police who will protect them from their irate customers..
