How is WV gov. race a dead heat .....
Tomblin was something like 33 points ahead ... and now it is a dead heat ....
what did Tomblin do .... write a bunch of bad checks ... then beat his wife/kids/grandparents ..
then shoot his dog in the streets and then join the Taliban ??? how do you lose
a 33 point lead .....

1. Maybe Some Corporation Gave His Opponent a Bunch of Money
We have a problem. (as in "Houston, we have a problem").

Citizens United changed everything.

When Ted Kennedy's old seat fell to a Republican that should have made it pretty obvious
that no Democrat, anywhere in the country is safe anymore.

2. I never believed that Tombin is going to win big, if at all.
West Virginia is becoming a red state because of cultural issues.

3. Don Blankenship is financing his opponents campaign for one
thing. Another they are scaring old people with the cuts in Medicare included in the HCR bill. They say 26 states are trying to stop Obamacare but Tomblin isn't trying to fight Obamacare. So therefore Tomblin he is helping to cut your Medicare. There you go when this super committee makes their recommendations Obama will cave as usual into cuts in entitlements and guess who will get the blame for cutting SS and Medicare in 2012. That will be the Republican attack ad in 2012.

5. The GOP has been slamming the air with anti 'Obamacare' ads nonstop.
Some of my cable channels overlap with WV.

Tomblin is allowing the implementation instead of opting out or suing, so he's catching a lot of shit for it from the um, shall we say less informed.
