5. Lower taxes or higher profits from using cheap overseas labor
That idea is useless without some import duties to decrease the profit side of the equation.

7. Raise Capital Gains tax... this encourages investment in jobs and business infrastructure.
If the Capital gains tax were higher, it would encourage going after more profits via actual PRODUCTION of goods and services instead of generating undertaxed income while sitting on piles of wealth.
