The 99% is the perfect name for a movement because it puts most voters in
the group opposing the banksters and corporate overlords. And people like to belong to groups (NRA, Tea Party, church, Liberals (which is why the gop destroyed the word liberal). We should use that name the 99% whenever possible. It builds bridges between the Democrats and others who have not been voting their economic self interests but are worried about their middle class future.

4. Have you seen?
The counter twitter hashtag #iamthe53? It's a riff off the misunderstood and abused statistic that "47% of Americans pay no federal income tax!"

Some people are too hung up on cultural differences, too fearful of unrest, and too uncomfortable with change to reach. They don't know they're the 99%! Doesn't mean we won't get somewhere.

I also think "the 99%" is brilliant - I'll try not to gag when I say this - "marketing."

5. 99%. Makes for a small, discreet lapel pin.
In red, white, and blue.

6. And one could hand out buttons to freepers you meet on the street. Everyone should be offered one.
At least once.

9. An easily-absorbed slogan
About bloody time! The nutters have been running with catchphrases without opposition.
