Pennsylvania boy, 7, forced to live in basement and sleep in coffin

A diaper-wearing 7-year-old boy was found in the bug-ridden basement of a condemned Pennsylvania home, where he told police he was forced to sleep in a coffin.

Cops are searching for the couple who live at the boy's address after he was found terrified and alone in the dark last week.

...

EDIT - parents hug your children after reading the article. That poor child probably never has had any positive affection. 7 years of total hell.

8. Foster Parent Here,
While Ive never had a child that slept in a coffin, I did have one that was locked in a dog cage at night. He stayed about 4 weeks and then when to a group home.

11. That is sick! Thank you for helping the boy.
I still can't understand why parents do such horrible things to their children, where is the love?

He had a history of wandering around the house at night and waking her. So, she decided to lock him in a dog crate at night because she thought he would be safer. He was autistic, which is why he was temp placed with us, (I have got two children on the spectrum who are in their mid-teens), but he is very high functioning.

10. I am not sure they are fit to be counted among mere criminals, for a criminal may still be human.
