WV-Gov election: A stunning endorsement and affirmation of President Obama's leadership |
|
OK, no not really.
But you know damn well that if Tomblin had lost, it surely would have been spun the other way. Can you hear the drumbeat that we just narrowly avoided tonight from the pinhead Georgetown Cocktail Party media?
"Obama is doomed. DOOMED I TELL YOU!"
"Democrats running scared"
"Even some Democrats appear concerned (followed by quotes from Joe Lieberman, Ben Nelson and Pat Caddell)"
We dodged all that bullshit tonight. By a whisker. For awhile anyway.

3. Guess the Koch Bros didn't spend enough money to buy "freedom" in that state. |

4. It's fairly right wing here, but no one likes rich uppity folks that much. |

It reminds me of the Manchin - Raese campaigns. However, don't expect WV to go for Obama unless the GOP candidate is really out there, which is still a possibility. I hope I'm wrong on this...tired of seeing my state goose step with right wing.
