Teacher Appears In Video For Anti-Gay Marriage Group

MOUNT DORA, Fla. -- A controversial Mount Dora High School teacher is appearing in a video on the website for an organization that raises money to oppose gay rights measures.

A new video featuring teacher Jerry Buell appears on the website for the National Organization for Marriage, a nonprofit that promotes organized opposition to same-sex marriage.

In it, Buell and his wife describe the controversial comments he posted on Facebook this summer opposing gay marriage after seeing a TV news report about it.

"The story about New York OKing same-sex unions came on, and it made me want to throw up," Buell said.

letting personal beliefs interfere with his professional duties, he must choose which is the more important of the two.
