I was watching Darrell Issa on TV this morning and I noticed his eyebrows don't meet in the middle

The one on the right is about an inch higher than the one on his left side. Anyone else ever notice that?

Reading about him I was struck by what the great Mark Twain said - "Congress is America's only native criminal class."
