Someone who knew I was a fan of Northern Exposure way back when sent me the YouTube clip of her appearance on Billo's Comedy Hour the other day. I won't bother posting the link (you can find it if you want) but my first thought was holy crap, that's Doctor Laura! Sounded like her too, ranting about how she's had it with all these damn intolerant (:shrug:) liberals destroying the country. And now she has a radio talk show? She is Doctor Laura!

I think it has to do with the lips getting wrinkled up by being constantly puckered up to kiss each others ass and those of their owners. It's self induced chapping caused by an overage of salad tossing. That or it is just a reaction to a lifetime of pursing your lips and clucking.


And yes, she looks like Dr. Laura. I don't give a crap about anyone aging. Lord knows I ain't no spring chicken, but I'm not going for the permed, bleached, plucked, spackled, and polyester pant suit look. And I think that is what the OP is commenting on.
