So...if L'Orange D'Ohio DOES flame out as speaker, |

Edited on Sat Jan-15-11 11:54 AM by Ken Burch
(Something that's looking increasingly possible, if he keeps up like this...)
which 'pug is most likely to replace him?
At this point, would Eric "Eddie Haskell" Cantor be in the lead?

1. Why do you think he is going to flame out? |
|
Is his party unhappy with him? I am not so sure that they want to replace him.
I say let him continue to make a fool of himself. Orange Man and Palin will make people laugh at republicans. That is good for Democrats.

2. Well, the drinking and the erratic behavior look like being issues |
|
And it's not in our hands if he stays or goes...just wondering if he might make himself look too flaky and risky to the rest of the party.

3. He'll have a nice burn out... |

Stumbles onto the House floor drunk, preferably missing a few articles of clothing, and after some drunk ramblings about "the spoons are after me", he grabs Cantor, and the CSPAN cameras can only hear through the tears "...sorry I missed your little league games Billy"...
Then it ends in a dramatic chase as he charges after Anthony Weiner swinging his gavel after one orange joke too many makes Captain Tang snap.

12. McConnel: Don't try to frighten us with your speaker ways, Lord Boehner |

Your sad devotion to that oversized gavel has not helped you conjure up economic recovery, nor given you clairvoyance enough to find the Dems hidden vo--
I find your lack of faith disturbing.
Steele: Enough of this! Boehner, release him!
As you wish...

What is thy bidding, El Rushbo?
There is a great disturbance in the Party...we have a new enemy...the young blogger who controls the Tea Party...
I have felt it.
She could destroy us.
If she could be turned, she could be a powerful ally.
Yesssssssss....she would be a great asset...can it be done?
She will join us, or vanish into obscurity, master...

Sarah...you do not yet realize your importance. You have only begun to discover your power. Join meeeee...and I will complete your trollingggg...with our combined strength, we can end this destructive conflict, and bring order to the Party!
I'll never join you!

He told me enough! He told me YOU killed him!
No...I...am your father.
No...no...that's not true...you're only 15 years older than me!
Search your feelings, you KNOW it to be true!

5. I've always thought most REPUBs to be closet antisemites... |
|
though they are sure to exploit their close ties and support to Israel... So, it would be interesting to see if Cantor would get the nod....
Who knows, but Boener is certainly not the first apparent alcoholic they have had in that position.

7. That's the thing. Republican politicians support a "Jewish state" |

Edited on Sat Jan-15-11 12:34 PM by Ken Burch
because, secretly, they want all the Jews to leave THIS country.
