FR 2010: JimRob promises to make FR "a ghost town" if Romney is the nom
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2010/11/08/918653/-Free-Republic-owner-Jim-Robinson-threatens-to-make-FR-a-ghost-town-if-Romney-is-nominated

To: truthfreedom

I’ve given everyone fair warning. There will be no support for Romney on FR. Even if I have to boot every last RomneyBot from our forum. If Romney somehow becomes the nominee, FR will probably become a ghost town because I will run full time video ads telling the truth about his abortionist/statist story and they’ll be his own words straight from his horse’s ass!

Haha, let's see him con the ghosts out of $$ during the Freeper beg-a-thon! Which doesn't seem to be going well just btw....

he really screwed up being such a tyrant about Quitter and zotting anybody who didn't "know" she would be the next President of the US! That place is gonna go down in flames, bring the marshmallows!

5. It will take at least 15 years for him to get video ads working on that site.
Morse code may work though.

8. What I don't get is why Romney is "an abortionist" and Reagan wasn't?
I remember Reagan signing a bill here in CA that pretty much legalized abortion.....and he never did a damn thing to abortion rights when he was President either, out of the two of them he is def more pro-choice (in reality if not with rhetoric.) But I guess for freepers rhetoric is the most important thing and reality doesn't exist!

6. It's kind of adorable how they think Freepers have anything to do with who's nommed
As soon as Poppy Booosh let it slip on Larry King that he had settled on Romney we all knew who it would be....all the rest of the song and dance is just them manipulating the idito freepers and that includes having Cain take enough votes from Perry to knock him out. Jeez Cain ENDORSED Romney in 2008, how obvious could it be?

10. Their brains are already splattered on the walls from Quitter quitting THEM....
It sucks when your girlfriend teases you FOR YEARS, takes you for a lot of money and then dumps you. HAHAHAHAHA sad times at Freeperville.

9. The New "Know Nothings"...
For all the mental masturbation the pundits on the corporate media do, they avoid the fact the rushpublican party is fractured and barely holding together. Should the nomination fall to either Mittens or Parry watch for a revolt from the great unhinged as well as the Paulbots. I still could see a third party wingnut "great white hope" emerge...and then the hillarity will truly ensue.

The rushpublicans are in a no-win situation.

11. I agree they are in total disarray what we need is a REAL "Tea Party" Candiate!
In the Presidential race and EVERY Senate race to spout that stupid teabagger rhetoric! INSTANT KARMA BABY! I really think the GOP would lose their Stupid Vote if that happened and they can't win without the Stupids. They are so fucked!

14. A Cain nomination guarantees a third party candidate.
There is no way in hell some Republicans aren't going to revolt over voting for a black man.

19. If they had a choice between 2 black guys the Southern GOP would
Run to the Constitutional Party so fast....they KNOW this and that's why Cain is only being used to take out Perry b/c Perry got on the wrong side of the BushCo mob, just like Saddam. After he takes enough from Perry to lose FL and one or two other big southern primaries Cain will pull a Thompson and quit....it seems so obvious to me how they manipulate this process.

13. Schaedenfreude doesn't even begin to cover it.
The only thing that would make it better would be if Romney decided he's pro-choice again.

18. Many reasons to root for him, including, he thinks Mary had "physical sex" with God
And for that many Freepers won't vote for him (seriously i have read that comment and they weren't joking!)

I have a strong feeling Romney probably will be the nominee. It will be quite amusing watching Freeperland implode.

23. He said the same thing about McCain in late 2007 and changed his mind about March 2008.
If he ever does what he says he will do, it will be the first and only time.

24. What a bully
telling conservatives which conservative they have to support or not support...I think it is too early in the GOP game for them to have to have a united front. We don't even have that here, there are the Obama supporters and the detractors then the odd balls like me that are luke warm at best, no worries all politics is local right?

Then he and the rest of the pond scum over there loved Bush for 8 years.
