Web readers: Liz started it!
Elizabeth Warren started the dressing down of rival U.S. Sen. Scott Brown, sparking all the nude negativity, online readers voted overwhelmingly.

In a bostonherald.com poll posted yesterday, 61 percent voted Warren opened the centerfold fury by saying she kept her clothes on in college when Brown didn’t. Another 21 percent blame Brown for saying “Thank God” Warren didn’t take hers off.

And readers were quick to blast away:

“The reaction from both sides is over the top. Get over it people . . . worry more about the 9 % unemployment rate,” said mattman.

Lol I can't stop laughing at the ludicrousness of it all.

1. Newspaper polls are notoriously slanted by the right wing.

So I'll laugh with you at the poll results and the feigned outrage over the comments.

3. This Was Predictable...
The "sex" factor in this race was going to be thrown early and often. A lot of it is and will be instigated by the corporate media who want mudfights that draw ratings. Listening to both comments they were "joke lines"...meant in jest, but no sooner does a hate radio or cable jockey get their hands on the story or a blogger sees lots of "hits" in them thar hills, the poutrage begins.

4. It's important for Herald readers to have a question to deflect the misogyny
of Brown
