FEDS INVADE CALIFORNIA
We have heard the threats..
Now they are here:

FEDS INVADE CALIFORNIA

http://sanfrancisco.cbslocal.com/video?autoStart=true&topVideoCatNo=default&clipId=6326208

Now this is a setup by the Feds..
Obama has said.. He would not use Federal Resources to do this..
Now the Feds are here and going to shut the entire Medical Cannabis issue down in all the Medical States..
So now the DOJ has taken the rains and is the head of this Charge...

Totally disregarding the States laws that have been in effect for all these years..

Obama a may have just chopped off a entire limb on the body of voters who have supported him all along..
Nothing new there...

7. I have no idea what you mean by South Dakota and have no problem if someone wants to smoke pot.

Also, if you subscribe to the view that State Rights trump Federal Law, you are probably in the wrong party.

8. South Dakota has pretty much banned abortions
Legal Abortions are protected under Federal law, ergo, the DOJ should invade SD

5. The OPs issue isn't jurisdictional supremacy
Edited on Fri Oct-07-11 12:12 PM by Bragi
The issue isn't supremacy, it is that the Obama administration, as a matter of deliberate policy choice, is coming down hard on medical marijuana dispensaries (harder than even the Bush administration) despite the clear support for these dispensaries, as demonstrated by state laws.

10. Its wrong
Its still wrong...
Slavery was legal once too.. Did not make it right even if it was OK by Law..
Being Gay is has been illegal too..
Still does not make the law of this land righteous at all..

Then have Obama set this up and then send the Goons in after the dust clears and targets are now sited in the cross hairs of the Federal Government..
Now to attempt to shut down the entire Medical Cannabis industry in one swoop in the entire Country in one move...

This Government and its Officials totally ignore American History..
Did not learn anything from Prohibition at all....

6. I was just at a dispensary yesterday.
A patient of mine requires it.

I read stories like this, then think of the people I saw yesterday, clearly in pain and deteriorating from diseases like cancer, and I wonder what the hell this administration is doing.

I didn't vote for this puritanical horseshit.

13. I am also a legal medical marijuana caregiver for an
elderly neighbor. Treatment has made a significant positive change in her well being.

I have no words left to express my outrage for what Obama is using his presidency for.
