Gessler v. Denver: Today's The Day
UPDATE: Denver District Judge Brian Whitney DENIES preliminary injuction sought by Gessler against Denver, inactive voter ballot delivery permitted. Case to proceed on merits. Developing.

Gessler is the Colorado Secretary of State profiled by Rachel Maddow for his voter suppression tactics. The denial of the preliminary injunction is encouraging. One of the comments notes that citing Bush v Gore is the lawyer's equivalent of Godwin's Law...
