I don't want Libertarian Jobs/ I am willing to pay more for a "just" world!!!!
Folks,

A couple thoughts about what it will take to move forward:

- Right now "jobs" are so scarce that many might say "Give us anything! We need any jobs!"
- Is that really true?
- Would you reduce employment by a couple percentage points if the only jobs were for creation of "Clean Coal" plants? or stripping mountain tops?
- What about jobs that focused on speeding up foreclosures?
- Or jobs that came about from an extension of the wars in the middle east? Either fighting them or manufacturing for them?
- Or jobs that came about because of de-unionization?
- We all should be very clear about what we ask for and be specific about what we demand...
- Just "any" jobs are not good enough...look at the low end 'service' jobs we are getting now!
- We need to ensure the new jobs are focused on the improvement of all our lives and preparing us for the future:
- Solar, wind, electricity transportation: production, installation, expansion, and maintenance
- New jobs focused on implementation and auditing of stricter financial and industrial regulations
- Yes, even more prisons for the propagandists who lied folks into supporting our current world (OK, that was a bit of a joke, sue me!)
- Research and implementation of share excess food to where food is needed
- etc....

Something to think about....

BTW - You will need to expect some raise in the cost of living, at least initially, due to the cost to change and implement these kinds of changes:

- If you stop buying crap from China, expect to pay more to provide a living wage for US goods makers (I have and do implement this as much as possible in my own life)
- The same goes for moving from fertilizer/GM foods to natural or organic foods (BTW.... the costs to go to really healthy food, is higher in the short run, but loads cheaper int he long run - AND WORTH EVERY PENNY!!)
- If you expect american made goods to come from a place that provides a living wage...there will have to be some kind of cost increase coupled with profit reduction on behalf of the factory owners
- If the wars were stopped tomorrow, there would be some amount of impact to the unemployment rate, with war factories shutting down, reducing efforts, etc...

Expect and be prepared to deal with these things....

Comments??
