We are one...
http://newsone.com/world/newsonestaff5/uk-black-couple-birth-white-baby/

A white baby girl with a mop of blonde hair and blue eyes has been born to black parents living in London. How is this possible?

While there have been several cases of different coloured twins born to parents with mixed-race ancestry in recent years, Ben and Angela Ihegboro, who are originally from Nigeria, say they have no such origins which could explain the phenomenon that is their new daughter Nmachi.

In the case of Nmachi, there are three possible explanations of why she looks so very different from her older brother and sister, who are both black.

1. Maybe a mix-up at the hospital where
the baby was born?

I am sure a simple test would prove whether the baby is their biological daughter.

I can't get over the baby's long, curly blond hair! I've never seen such hair on any baby.

3. Not that I watch tv... but
Didn't Jerry Springer have some show where they used DNA testing to tell if someone was messing around? Not saying that this is case..but it could be one of those Oopsie moments..

5. They sound like a good couple who are confused, but love and accept their baby.
Barbara Delinsky wrote a good book called Family Tree which discussed some of this in a bit of detail.

I hope the baby has a good and healthy life!

6. If the mother had been
as some others have said so indelicately, screwing around, the child would be clearly of mixed race.

Maybe this is a clue as to just how the various "races" arose, that there was a sudden appearance of some babies who really were quite different.

8. Her nose and lips are similar to her brother's on the left.
Her nose especially.

I hope she has a wonderful life; her older brothers look like they are very proud of baby sis!
