Really big turn out for Flint's Zombie Walk
This year it raised funds for the Michigan School for the Deaf. I'm rough estimating at least 500 zombies stumbled and lurched through downtown, including several zombie dogs. There was even a VERY funny, tongue in cheek "Anti-Zombie" counter demonstration. It was wonderful to see downtown Flint so full of people, both the undead and the very much alive. A lot of people came just to watch the fun. Some of the cars that pulled over to the curb for a better look were immediately surrounded by flesh dripping ghouls. I suspect there were some 'professional' zombies in the crowd.

It really was wonderful to see downtown Flint so full of people having a great time. It reminds me why, despite all of our bad press, I really do love ths town.
