They have to discredit the movement anyway they can because they know it's growing, and the are scared of what it may accomplish. The right controlled the tea party movement, they pretty much bought and paid for it with millions from people like the Koch brothers. Now the tea party has turned into a nightmare for the republicans because let's face it, the vast majority of tea party members in congress are crazy as hell!

What republicans fear about the OWS movement, is that the know "THEY" can't buy this movement. Its a "REAL" grass roots movement with people of all races, gender, age, and all walks of life who are fed up with the rich controlling our country, and especially our politicians. OWS is bringing the problem of big money in control to the entire country because it's so big now, world wide, that the media has finally started covering it. OWS will make the tea party look like the joke it really is. When everyday people in this country stand up and demand to be heard, it scares the crap out of those on the right who can see the potential danger for them if this movement continues, and they know in the long run it will hurt them come election time.
