1. Disagree.
All the objectives occur in the same plane.

9. you can't repeal a SCOTUS decision (thankfully)
because Roe, Griswold, Brown, others would be up for repeal.

and Dodd-Frank is far stronger than G-S.

12. If you can't repeal it then what could be done to overturn it?
And how is Dodd-Frank stronger than G-S?

15. you have to change the Supreme Court justices who voted for C-U out
and then challenge it (hopefully after a new law is enacted to prevent corporate funding of campaigns is passed).

this is the problem the right has always had with Roe v. Wade. Roe is settled law like C-U is now.

On Dodd-Frank, it is far reaching. It regulates the Credit Raters, for instance (makes them legally liable for bad ratings). D_F has Elizabeth Warren's CFPB in it, while G-S did nothing for consumers. Mush more....

16. Still, I would much rather see commercial and investment banks
as separate entities.

10. Meanwhile, let's remember this is also about our candidates SELLING themslves
and our government to corporations/elites --

There are two ways to stop this --

one of them is to prevent candidates from SELLING themsleves and our government

to elites/corporations!

Good question to be asking candidates now is ...

"Who did you SELL yourself to today?" --

17. Fairness, Justice, and Jobs
Fairness: Tax the wealthiest one per cent. Roll back the Bush tax cuts.

Justice: Prosecute the banksters.

Jobs: A national infrastructure rebuilding program modeled on the WPA during the Roosevelt administration would be even better than Obama's jobs bill.
