BREAKING NEWS: WRAL NEWS PROJECTS DEMOCRAT SUSAN EVANS TO BE THE WINNER IN THE WAKE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION DISTRICT 8 RACE, DEFEATING REPUBLICAN BOARD CHAIRMAN RON MARGIOTTA.
JUST IN: RALEIGH MAYORAL CANDIDATE BILLIE REDMOND HAS CONCEDED. WITH 77 PERCENT OF PRECINCTS REPORTING, NANCY MCFARLANE LEADS WITH 62 PERCENT OF THE VOTE.

Above from WRAL Raleigh - hopefully the damage that the Tea Party was in the process of doing to the Wake County schools can be reversed....and not having Tea Bagger Redmond for mayor is a bonus (Meeker, current Dem, not running).

Margiotta was one of the two biggest assholes - unfortunately, the other, Tedesco, wasn't running.....next time we will get him!
