This GOPer CHEAPNESS in solving National issues is harming America big time...
The GOPers have problems with CHEAP as they always went for Expensive in the past.

Now, they want to cut spending as a means to balance the budget....even down to cutting very important social programs.

This cheap approach is causing much discomfort among those who differ on the approach.

Cheap standards lead to poor foundations and poor performances......in Gov't ...ya get what ya put out....

In war, cheap bullets and bombs will not get you good odds for victory.

In Business, cheap goods will normally get you poor sales....

In Politics, Cheapness is a ticket to DOOM and GLOOM....

The GOP is the winner in the CHEAP RACE

3. It's not that they're being cheap
They know cuts will harm the unemployed, poor & the middle class the most.

They're all for big borrowing & spending if it helps those at the top and/or helps big corporations/donors.

4. Corollary to 'Cheapness' is Greed
And, if anything, the "G" in GOP stands for Greed.

For laughs: "Cheepnis" by Frank Zappa

PS: Great post, opihimoimoi. You are the no ka oi.

5. Cheap? Heavens, you know how much it costs to buy a congresscritter these days?
I think we should just go ahead and import them from China, like everything else. We might even qualify for volume discounts.

6. It's part of their ongoing strategy.
They are not truly interested in "cheap". Their stated agenda involves spending the US federal government into bankruptcy in order to use that as a reason to take chainsaw to programs that they don't like - which just happens to be any program with a social component that doesn't involve giving money to churches.
