There's a house in my neighborhood that has a banner over the front door that says "BEWARE OF REPUBICAN" with a picture of a rifle beneath it.

This is a pretty nice neighborhood, but I guess there are all kinds of ignorant folks.

2. People act like it's a sin to be thrifty

There is no shame in being part of the 99%.

7. They Also Think We Are Jealous Of Their $$$$$

I will admit I would love to have their security to buy frivolous things like new carpet,new freezer,refrigerator and siding. I would like to have the luxury of not having to worry about my meds/medical bills. I know many who would love the option to retire but can't,those who work with medical conditions that need attention but they can't afford doctors and cab;t afford to take time off. There are many who worry every day if they will have a job tomorrow. Their kids would love a new game,a meal out,a new fall coat and boots. Rarely do they get their wishes. Many would love to have a car that runs, a roof over their head and a few dollars saved for a rainy day.
I don't consider their needs extreme nor does it sound like they are jealous of the 1#. They just want one small slice of the American Pie.

of how privilege and entitlement are used to make others powerless.

9. See that most of us aren't in the top 2% income bracket, I'd say we're all too poor to vote GOP.
