DSK skates on another charge of rape
""French prosecutors have suspended the investigation into sexual assault claims against former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn," France 24 reports. "French journalist Tristane Banon has accused Strauss-Kahn of attempting to rape her in 2003."

The Associated Press writes that "the prosecutor's office said Thursday that Strauss-Kahn admitted to sexual aggression against writer Tristane Banon but that it is too late to prosecute for that charge, because the incident in question happened in 2003."

So in this case, despite admitting to "sexual aggression", DSK beats the rap due to the passage of time. An interesting question is when does "sexual aggression" become rape?

Frankly, I find this to be more evidence that DSK got away with rape in New York. His position, his money, and the smear tactics employed against his accuser were what got him off, not his innocence. Apparently this man has a history, and has been able to use power and influence to keep his ass out of jail.

Once again, a fine example of how justice works for those who have money and power, and against those who don't.
