2. Ah, you changed it already. |

So I'll answer by saying I don't know but I doubt it. Cantor has been elected several times already. I can't imagine his constituency is all that smart, unless he covers a very rich district.

7. I know one voter in Cantor's district who has been a staunch |

Republican for a long time and stated that because of Cantor's reaction to the idea of assistance to victims of the earthquake, he would not vote for Cantor again. Anything is possible. Let's don't be negative at this time of enormous change in our society.

3. GOP has held the 7th District of VA since 1971 |
|
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virginia%27s_7th_congressional_district#List_of_representativesNow, with that said, Cantor's numbers did slip a bit in 2010, and the presence of a 3rd appears to have caused it. It could be possible, but seems a huge uphill battle. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eric_Cantor#Electoral_history

He had to fight and claw for reelection in 08. He's definitely vulnerable to a strong candidate. I would think that Conway has a chance, but his loss to Rand Paul needs evaluating. I'm not sure if Conway lost due to a general electoral wave, a peculiar affinity for the Pauls, or because he didn't do the job. Whatever the case, Conway is a pretty charismatic guy and would definitely garner a lot of support to unload Mitch. I don't think I'd really call him a liberal, but it's Kentucky. You pretty much have to take what you can get.

6. Cantor and McConnell are not the only vulnerable Republicans. |
|
I campaigned in Boehner's district last time, and I suspect that a really strong, anti-Wall-Street candidate could win there. That is based on my conversations with undecided voters in 2008.

8. McConnell doesn't have a district |
|
He's a US Senator from Kentucky If Rand Paul can win fairly easily McConnell will most likely be tough to unseat
